HS Sprenger Novocontact Curb Bit Long Tangs
The Novocontact curb bit impresses with its forward sloping tongue clearance, which allows for an increased contact surface. This makes this curb bit the ideal bit for horses with tongue problems. The bit lies quietly in the horse's mouth, which promotes trusting leaning. Thanks to the longer lateral tightening, the effect is slightly delayed, as the leverage distance is extended. At the same time, the pressure on the neck is increased. The mouthpiece is made of the material mix Sensogan and alloyed with copper, zinc and manganese. The alloy oxidizes and releases a sweet taste that encourages the horse to chew and increases salivation. This increases the acceptability of the bit. Due to the well-tolerated material, the bit is also suitable for sensitive horses.
