This olive head bit by Stübben Steeltec is a classic, double broken bit made of stainless steel. The mouthpiece is made of the sweet copper material popular with horses, which tastes sweet to horses and thus increases salivation and chewing activity. This results in particularly high acceptance. The side rings, called olives, prevent the lips from being pinched and the bit from slipping through the horse's mouth.
