Ludgers Oligovit Mineral Sticks

Ludgers N Oligovit Mineral Sticks are made on the same basis as Ludgers N Oligovit Mineral Pellets. The Mineral Sticks support an optimal supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements to the horse. These are also essential for healthy metabolic function. To achieve a higher bioavailability, zinc and copper are available as a "hydroxide" compound in the Mineral Sticks Copper. In addition, these trace elements are present in a crystalline matrix structure to prevent the oxidative effect on vitamins. The selenomethionine is 100 % available and can be stored and well utilized by the body. Further vitamins such as A, D and E are additionally contained in the mineral feed, as these cannot be produced by the organism. To optimally round off the vitamin balance Oligovit contains vitamin K and B.

• in the case of a small amount of concentrated feed or in the case of pure cereal feeding

Feeding recommendation

The mineral feed can be used in addition to the daily concentrate ration or as a stand-alone feed. If there are sufficient vitamins and trace elements in the compound feed, no additional mineral feed is needed.

The daily recommendation is = 6 -12 g/ 100 kg body weight.
