Ludgers Oligovit Mineral Pellets

Ludgers Oligovit Mineral Pellets ensure the optimal supply of your horse with vitamins, minerals and trace elements. These additives are essential for optimal metabolic function. Copper and zinc are present in the feed as "-hydroxide" compound and allows a higher bioavailability. In addition, these trace elements are present in a crystalline matrix structure to prevent the oxidative effect on vitamins. Selenium is present as 100 % selenomethionine and can thus be stored and well utilized in the body. Furthermore, the feed contains addition of additional vitamins. A, D and E are of particular importance, as these cannot be produced by the organism. Furthermore, Oligovit contains vitamin K and B to enable an optimal vitamin balance.

• when feeding hay/silage and/or pasture alone
• in case of low concentrate feeding or in case of pure grain feeding

Feeding recommendation

The mineral feed can be used in addition to the daily concentrate ration or as a stand-alone feed. If there are sufficient vitamins and trace elements in the compound feed, no additional mineral feed is needed.

The daily recommendation is = 6 -12 g/ 100 kg body weight.
