To harmonize perfectly when riding, not only rider and rider should be top equipped. Your four-legged friend also needs the best possible horse accessories, the ideal equipment for well-being, health and optimal performance.
Ludgers Balance Mineral Pellets
- compensate for the unfavourable mineral ratio of a pure grain ration and ensure the daily supply of vitamins and minerals for horses and ponies
- vitamins and minerals are essential for optimum metabolic function of the horse and are required daily
- this requirement is not sufficiently covered by pure grain rations and the nutrients cannot be properly absorbed due to the imbalance in the calcium/phosphorus ratio
- can compensate for this imbalance by increasing the calcium content and optimally supplement the other missing nutrients
- copper and zinc are present as ‘-hydroxide’ compounds and therefore have a higher bioavailability than the inorganic forms ‘-sulphate’ or ‘-oxide’
- selenium is 100% present as selenomethionine, in this form it is also stored in the body and better utilised than selenium yeast (another organic form) or inorganic sodium selenite
- adding additional vitamins A, D and E is particularly important as these vitamins are not produced by the body
- vitamin K and B can be synthesised by the intestinal flora, but this does not happen to a sufficient extent in a horse with intensive work requirements or an intact intestinal flora
- ADMR-compliant
Note: Ludgers Balance Mineral Pellets should not be fed if a supplementary feed with a sufficient content of vitamins and trace elements is already being fed.
