Beris Loose Ring Bit with Butterfly Snaffle

The water snaffle from Beris comes with an anatomically cut innovation, the butterfly stick. Its "wings" attached to the side of the pole increase the contact surface of the bit, making it more comfortable and distributing the pressure more evenly. The recess in the central part of the bit provides additional space for the tongue and thus comfort, which increases the horse's well-being many times over. However, if traction is applied to the bit, the bar rotates in the mouth and the two "wings" exert selective pressure on the tongue. For this reason the bit requires a particularly sensitive rider's hand. The loose-running rings, which are variable in size, ensure greater mobility of the bit and are therefore ideal for horses that prefer a more mobile bit. The copper bushes incorporated into the bar ensure improved durability and considerably increase the life of the bit. The additionally attached bit discs effectively prevent the lips from being pinched, which benefits the sensitive horse's mouth and increases the wearing comfort many times over. Due to the curved shape of the bar, the pressure is evenly distributed over the chests and the tongue, but gives the tongue sufficient freedom of movement and room to move.
