Instructions for use
- the boots should be placed in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight before use
- they should be used only in short intervals of 20-30 minutes, if necessary several times a day
- the gel should be pressed firmly to the leg and the straps should be closed tightly, but not too tightly
