Cavalor Nutri Grow
The Nutri Grow by Cavalor is perfect for pregnant mares and foals because it contains all the important nutrients that are needed for optimal development. The foal's greatest growth spurt takes place in the last three months of gestation, but the need for nutrients for the mare increases earlier. For this reason, a higher ration of calcium, phosphorus, copper, iodine etc. should be administered from the seventh month of pregnancy. This is so important because a lack of copper can lead to bone and joint problems, for example. Sufficient vitamins and minerals are also important for bone building, energy transport and supporting cell functions. Young horses in particular have an increased need for, for example, copper, zinc and manganese from the first year of life.
