HS Sprenger CM Mullen Mouth Snaffle
This pole bit is mainly used for horses with tongue problems. The curved shape of the bar creates the so-called "comfort mouth" effect, which relieves the middle of the tongue and only exerts pressure when the bar is pulled very hard. For this reason, this bit is often used to correct tongue defects over a period of about 2-3 weeks. However, this bit is also very suitable for horses that are very sensitive to hand pressure or for horses with very fleshy and thick tongues that simply need a bit more tongue freedom.
