Dietary purpose/use

• supplementary feed for horses and equids with a higher vitamin C requirement

Feeding recommendation

• 2 measuring spoons daily (equivalent to 40 g) for a horse with a body weight of 600 g
• ideally spread over 2 meals
• when weaning, it is recommended that supplementation be reduced gradually
• reduce to 3/4 of the dose for 1 week, then to 1/2 of the dose for 1 week, to 1/4 of the dose for 1 week and then discontinue
