Ludger Linseed Direct
Ludger's Linseed Direct is rich in dietary fibre and mucilage in addition to a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The mucilages can support the regeneration of the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract and digestion. The omega-3 fatty acids they contain have an anti-inflammatory effect. Furthermore, the enzyme linamarase, which is released by prussic acid in a special thermal process, is inactivated in the linseed. The entire grain as well as all nutrients of the linseed are preserved. Ludger Linseed Direct can therefore be stored very well. Like all products in the Ludgers range, the linseeds are also molasses and GMO-free. Please note that linseed is a natural product and ingredients vary within the stated values.
